gh#145 (v2.12.0). SINGLE SOURCE OF TRUTH. Both tool_definitions() and the name-resolution in dispatch_tool() derive from this table, so a name can no longer be advertised under one spelling and dispatched under another — before this the five names were written out twice, ~470 lines apart.
