Detailed Description

One file the lead already paid to find (gh#162, v2.13.0).

A REFERENCE, never an excerpt: the child reads the file itself with its own tools. Inlining content here would duplicate the parent's context into the child's, which is the cost delegation exists to avoid; what the child cannot do cheaply is FIND the path again.
