Detailed Description

Delegation behaviour knobs (gh#160, v2.13.0).

isolation defaults to none, which is what every release through v2.12.2 actually did: DelegationManager::set_dir_swap had no production caller, so the sandbox snapshot was taken, never entered, and diffed to nothing. Turning isolation ON by default would instead park every delegated edit in pending/<id>.patch for the many consumers that register no on_complete callback — a silent loss of work. So the fix wires the machinery and leaves the switch off.

With sandbox:

  • each delegation gets ~/.entropic/sandbox/<session>/d<...>/,
  • the session's MCP servers are pointed at it for the child's turns,
  • the diff is delivered through ent_delegation_complete_cb,
  • a delegation whose child can reach a NON-read-only external MCP tool is refused, because an external server cannot be moved into the sandbox and the containment claim would be false.

YAML: delegation: { isolation: sandbox }.
