Detailed Description

One workspace's assembled system prompts (gh#179, v2.14.0).

Built by the facade from the handle's constitution, the WORKSPACE's app_context and each tier's identity — the same assembly the handle-wide prompts get, with one source swapped. A session bound to the workspace is seeded with these instead of the handle's.
